Privacy

The short version: there is no account to create, nothing to buy, and no profile of you being built here. Below is the long version. Last updated 19 August 2026.

What we collect today

Nothing that identifies you. As of 19 August 2026 this site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics script. Our host keeps standard server logs — the kind every web server keeps — which include IP addresses and are used to keep the site up and to spot abuse. We do not read them to work out who you are.

If you send us something

The submission form and the claim form ask for your name, your email address and a link to the source you are pointing us at. We keep that so we can check the office you told us about and reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. We do not pass it to anyone else.

Advertising (planned)

This site is free to read and will be paid for by advertising. We intend to use Google AdSense. When that is switched on:

• Google and its partners may set cookies in your browser to serve adverts.
• Google may use the advertising cookie to show adverts based on your visits to this and other sites.
• You can turn off personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings , or opt out of third-party vendors at aboutads.info .

This section is written in advance so that it is accurate on the day advertising starts. Until then, no advertising cookie is set by this site.

Analytics (planned)

We intend to add Google Analytics so we can see which pages people actually read. It records visits, not people: pages viewed, rough location by country, and the type of device. We do not use it to identify individual readers.

Video embeds

Office pages link out to video tours hosted on YouTube. Thumbnails are loaded from Google. If you follow a link to YouTube, Google’s own privacy terms apply from that point.

Your choices

You can block cookies in your browser and this site will still work — nothing here depends on them. If you have sent us a submission and want it removed, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes

When what we do changes, this page changes on the same day. The date at the top is the date of the last change, not a decoration.
