THE CHICAGO HEADQUARTERS

A pub in the middle of the office

Molson Coors brought its teams together in a new downtown Chicago workplace of 73,363 square feet. Gensler designed it to honour the company’s brewing heritage: environmental graphics and “brand moments” tell the story of its beers. The Pub sits at the centre as a lounge and event space, and a landscaped terrace with panoramic views carries work and social life outdoors. An interconnecting stair links the floors, and there is a range of settings for teamwork and for focus.
