Office floors themed like rooms at home

IA Interior Architects drew up a master plan and five phased renovations for about 400,000 sq ft at the Boston headquarters. Floors and wayfinding follow residential themes that echo Wayfair's “A Zillion Things Home” slogan, and the collaboration areas are set up as “living rooms”, “dining rooms” and “kitchen bar counters”. A three-story stair joins the floors, and every employee has a standing desk.
