A historic landmark on the waterfront, with a gallery of what customers make
Autodesk's headquarters is Suite 400 in the historic Landmark Building at One Market, San Francisco. Its offices there were renovated by Anderson Anderson Architecture and HOK with DPR Construction, all working in Autodesk Revit, and won LEED Platinum for Commercial Interiors in 2009. On the same floors is the Autodesk Gallery, opened in 2008 and reimagined in December 2021 with 13 customer stories, an Executive Briefing Center and an event space. In 2022 the offices were redesigned again and the company moved its official headquarters here from San Rafael.

Why people stay: what Autodesk itself says
U.S. employees working 30+ hours a week get six consecutive weeks at full pay after every four years of service.
Under Flex Forward (2023), Autodesk does not mandate weekly office days for hybrid and home-based roles.
Hybrid and home-based employees can ask to work outside their home country up to 30 calendar days a year.
Open to all employees; Autodesk says ERGs are one of the ways it retains and engages its people.
