Four buildings planned like a village of neighborhoods
Dropbox's headquarters fills four connected buildings at 1800 Owens Street. Johnston Marklee planned the interior around “the Loop”, which links small work neighborhoods to an atrium, “Green Kitchens”, the Tuck Shop restaurant and the Dropstops tech-help desks. HGA lists a library, maker space, game room, meditation and yoga rooms, a family lounge and a gym; Apeiro Design adds a karaoke club called “The Mint”, named after the bar the founders went to in the startup days. Since 2021 the offices have been run as “Dropbox Studios” — for meeting and teamwork, not for solo work.
- 735,700 sq ft (≈ 68,349 m²) of office
- 4 buildings: two 12-storey, two 6-storey

- Lighting to LEED Gold standards
