A 58-story glass obelisk with a 120-foot winter garden
Comcast Center was the first workspace built specifically for Comcast's own teammates. A light-filled, 120-foot-high public winter garden links the tower to Suburban Station below; three-story “sky-atria” on the south face overlook a half-acre plaza. Comcast's floors end in a conference floor with the executive offices just below, and a two-story employee cafeteria sits on floors 43 and 44 above a training center. Next door, the Comcast Technology Center houses the company's technologists and engineers under a block-long glass lobby.
