The restaurant courtyard is a covered, terraced piazza; the new building has a pale brick facade, veneer walls and Finnish natural stone in the lobby, and a seventh-floor terrace facing south over the city. Nordea opened the campus in March 2025 with a 150 m² green wall of about 4,500 plants.
