THE CAMPUS · WALLDORF

A headquarters that grew building by building

SAP's headquarters is a campus of numbered buildings (WDF 01, WDF 49, WDF 53 …) on Dietmar-Hopp-Allee and Hasso-Plattner-Ring, named after two of its founders. A star-shaped office building for 1,300 people opened in 2002. Newer offices by Scope Architekten add light-filled workplaces: WDF 49 (2018) has 700 workstations opposite the headquarters; WDF 53 (2019) stacks offset boxes around two glass-roofed, planted courtyards. In April 2026 the SAP AppHaus opened at the headquarters, next to the SAP Experience Center.

  • Star-shaped building for 1,300 people (2002)
  • WDF 49: ≈ 16,700 m² (≈ 179,800 sq ft), 700 workstations
  • WDF 53: two glass-roofed courtyards
  • Design: Scope Architekten

  1. 1972
Founded in Weinheim, working at the customer
