In the Takeshiba headquarters, which houses SoftBank Group Corp. and some group companies, employees freely choose a workspace for focused work or for discussion. The office floors were designed by WeWork as a community-style workspace. On SoftBank Corp.'s floors, lounges link three levels with an internal staircase, about 700 paintings and photographs hang on the walls under the theme “Art & Graphics”, and the Cafe Shiba cafeteria looks out toward the Rainbow Bridge. Terraces on floors 2–6 hold “Takeshiba Shin-Hakkei”, eight small landscapes including bees, a rice paddy and a vegetable garden whose produce is served in the cafeteria.
